قاضی مدیرخراسانی از متهم پرسید آقای 'ف' از این نامه به چه مقصودی می رسید، متهم در پاسخ گفت: آقای 'ف' این نامه را به من داد ، من از آن كپی تهیه كردم و مجددا به وی برگرداندم. واقعا نمی دانستم كه كار همسرم است. آقای 'ف' این نامه را از من گرفت تا به عنوان تهدیدی علیه من استفاده كند.
